Justice for Motorcycle Riders
A unique type of personal injury case involves the motorcycle crash. Motorcycle operators face many challenges when driving on the roadways. They are often unseen by other drivers, and they are often perceived as being unsafe drivers. And, unfortunately, for every five safe motorcycle drivers, there is at least one who drives in a manner that is considered reckless.
Furthermore, in Florida, the requirements to operate a motorcycle are more involved and detailed than the requirements for other types of vehicles. As a result, the motorcycle driver has an uphill battle in the courtroom, and steps must be taken quickly to ensure that jurors do not automatically associate the word “reckless” with the motorcycle driver.
