Rollover crashes are among the most dangerous types of auto accidents, often leading to serious or fatal injuries. Rollovers can cause significant trauma, including head and spine injuries. Drivers and passengers in SUVs face higher risks, as taller vehicles have a greater chance of overturning compared to smaller cars.
Accidents like this recent one can happen for several reasons:
- Excessive speed when navigating curves or intersections
- Sudden swerving to avoid another vehicle or object
- Tire blowouts or poor tire maintenance
- Distracted or impaired driving
- Unsafe lane changes or merging on busy highways
Rollover accidents can happen quickly and leave victims little time to react. Even when injuries are not severe, the emotional and financial toll can affect families for months. Recovery often requires medical treatment, time away from work, and ongoing support.
Having an experienced car accident attorney can make a difference after a serious crash. A skilled lawyer can review the evidence, identify possible causes, and determine liability. Legal guidance helps injured victims understand their rights and pursue the support they need to move forward.
