Escambia Co., FL – Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Crash at Boone St & Pensacola Blvd

Escambia County, FL (October 28, 2025) – A 51-year-old motorcyclist from Pensacola sustained serious injuries on Monday, October 27, after a crash involving a Hyundai Tucson at the intersection of Boone Street and Pensacola Boulevard.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the collision occurred around 4:45 a.m. when a 47-year-old woman from Fort Walton Beach, driving the Hyundai, attempted to turn south onto Highway 29 from Boone Street. Investigators say the driver entered the intersection directly into the path of the northbound Harley-Davidson motorcycle, leading to a violent collision.

Emergency responders arrived quickly and transported the injured motorcyclist to a nearby hospital for treatment. The woman suffered minor injuries and was cited for failure to yield the right of way. Authorities closed portions of the roadway briefly while examining the scene and clearing debris.

Troopers continue to investigate the incident to determine all contributing factors.

Our thoughts are with the injured motorcyclist, and we wish him a full and speedy recovery.
