Pensacola, FL (December 9, 2025) - A serious pedestrian crash happened Monday afternoon, December 8, near the Waterfront Rescue Mission in Pensacola. Escambia County Public Safety reported that a car struck a female pedestrian on West Herman Avenue around 12:09 p.m. The impact caused severe leg injuries.
Officials said the woman suffered a partial amputation and open fractures to her leg. Emergency medical services arrived quickly and began treating her at the scene.
