Big Bend, FL (June 16, 2025) – A fatal car accident occurred shortly after midnight on June 14 in the Big Bend region, near the John Gorrie Bridge. The Florida Highway Patrol responded to the crash at approximately 12:10 a.m. on State Road 30 (US Highway 98/319), a route that forms part of the Big Bend Scenic Byway.
